How many hours can you staff on the server per day?
I’d say about 3-10 hours since we in Estonia have summer vacation and that is 10 weeks without school! Almost everyday the week.
What times can you be on?
I can be on the server everyday, but it depends when im online. Sometimes it can be later in the day and sometimes it can be early in the morning because sometimes I have work.
I’d say that I can be online between 11.00 a.m to 11.00 p.m.
Why do you want to become Staff?:
Being a staff member has always been a pleasure. There have always been small conflicts, but that is something which happens when you constantly along with hundreds of people day by day. The only thing you must make sure that do; is to have mature staff members to deal with these cases. That is where I believe I can come in.
To be sixteen years old but to have so much experience with administrating and roleplay is always go vod. I would like to join the staff team in order to provide the community with the needs it requires. A friendly, professional and mature staff member who is willing to put everything into bringing the best service which they can offer.

Why do you think you personally should become Staff?:
The perfect staff team requires mature and confident staff members. A perfect staff team requires members who know how to deliver good service. We are a gaming community – we roleplay with our players, but we are also delivering a service which must be in the top class. I’ve always heard that I’m a fair staff member – That I take the players seriously – That I’m delivering on their demands and choices. I have been working a lot with ULX commands so I have a good knowledge about the commands that is needed in the perfect way. That is why I want to be staff.

I'm going to !goto the guy who made the report and ask where the guy that he said was printing is, then I'm going to check the place out and If I find any printers I will bring the guy who printed with a building sign into a sit with the command !bring and then I will explain why the other guy reported him and say that he said that he had printers in his base with a building sign. So i'm going to tell him with a nice and calm attitude that he can't have an entity while having a building sign and tell him to read !motd, so he need to remove the building sign and have a raidable base or remove his printers. If he is telling to me like: “Oh I see, i'm sorry for this I will remove my building sign” I will give him a verbal warning and then continue with my day. Then 10 mins later I will check the base again and if he removed the printers it is good but if he still have them I will warn home for: FailRP | [Printers while having a building sign].[/size]
I'm going to claim the report and !bring them both into a sit, then i'm going to ask them what the issue is. Then they are going to tell me what happend. So i'm starting to ask the guy who reported the other guy. He will tell me that he other just damaged him 1 and the other guy kill him. Then I will ask the other guy if this is true to hear them both stories. Then i'm going to check the logs to see if this is true. If it is true i'm going to tell to guy who got killed with a kindly and calm voice that if someone damages you can kill them in self defense. But if the guy who got killed damaged the other guy and like 1 min later he kills him then i'm going to warn him since that is way to late. Then i'm going to !return @ or [NAME].[/size]

If this is true im going to warn him for Harassment/Racism (depends on what he said) | Lying to staff since he said that he didn't do anything. First of all the key here is steamID here because you can use that in the logs (or at least from what I can remember). So will find his name then i'm going to start digging into this issue. If he left the server i'm going to try to ask the other guys what happened and if they recorded everything. However i'm going to start to look in the logs since he isn't here in the server so if it says that he just killed 3 people and he did not self defense or any valid reason i'm going to ban him for 2 weeks (mrdm) and 3 days (ltap). But if he is on the server i'm going to bring him in and talk to one of the guys in the report and ask what the issue is, if he for an example tells that he just killed him in the street i'm going to ask the other guy if that is true and if it im going to warn him and take the next report. I will not bring in 3 reports at the same time since that is very hard to handle since you are handeling 4 members. If the other reports it the same thing i'm going to ban him for MRDM. I will also refund these players if the player who RDM them is banned with my own money.[/size]

So the reporter starts to tell that he ran in front of him in a raid im going to ask the other guy if it was kinda what happened and if he tells me no I will check the logs by the death location and see if it was close or not. If it is there is nothing I can without someone proving to me with video evidence that he was putting his crossfire on him and kill him with purpose. If that is true I will warn the other guy for RDM | Lying to staff. since he said that he did crossfire but if it is evidence that isn't true.

I am driving motocross professionally so some weekends I may be on trips to race. So I will have an 3 days LOA sometimes. This is about every 3rd week.
