[*]Discord name: Dreggy#7867
[*]Time played on server: +409Hours
How many hours can you staff on the server per day?
Around 2-3 hours/day minimum during weekdays and 7 hours during weekends.
What times can you be on?
It varies due to shift changes every week but mostly afternoon and nights my timezone.
Why do you want to become Staff?:
I have experience as an admin staff in various game modes in Gmod and I feel like it's a waste being online and people are calling for one knowing that I would be able to help them if I was a staff.
Do you have a mic?
Yes but I may be only able to use it during night time as I have family members and other contacts I talk with using it.
Why do you think you personally should become Staff?:
I always help new people and I got really good patience at that same thing in real life. Also I feel confident that I might guide people the right way to hopefully get them stay in the game and have fun in a game that I also play.
Any Staff experience from other games?:
I only applied for staff on Gmod games and yeah I was an admin on Gmod Stranded, Dayz server and a DarkRP server.
In-Game Scenarios:
Any other info about Yourself:
I like pizzas and you might find me around in-game making pizza shops and restaurants. I also may be afk from time to time depending on how the day goes.

In-Game Scenarios:
- A player tells you that someone is making money while they have a building sign up. What do you do and why?
If the base is already built, I will tell the player basing with the building sign up to remove the sign as it may have been forgotten after finishing the build. However if the base is in the process of being built I will tell the player basing to destroy the RP items inside as it is being blocked and continue with the building process. I would also give them a choice, which may not be recommended, to remove the props blocking the path to the RP items and also remove the building sign. However I will warn them that the base will be at high risk of being raided easily. A verbal warning will still be in effect on both stories and I will be checking on the reported player to make sure it's not happening again. If so, it will be a normal warning.
- Player X hits player Y for 1 point of armor damage and player Y kills player X. Player X reports RDM, what do you do and why?
During the sit I will hear both X and Y to try and identify any other possible rule that may have been broken while checking the damage logs to match the report description. If both players come in agreement that what was reported is true, I will tell X that it wasn't RDM as shooting Y made him open to being killed by Y even if it was on accident. I will tell him to read the rules via the !motd command as the rules in there applies to every other player.
- Player X calls player Y a (whatever horrible insult comes to mind) over voice. Player Y asks for an admin for disrespect, what do you do and why?
During the sit I will hear both X's and Y's stories and check for any different possible rule that may have been broken. If they come to agreement to what happened is true, I will give a verbal warning to X and tell him not to continue insulting Y or any other player as it's against the rules. If X and Y do not come in agreement to what happened is true, I will request video proof from Y and send it to me via discord or post it on forums if it may take a long time to upload the video for another admin to see if I am offline. If the video does show X calling Y such horrible insults, I will warn X for harassment as well as lying during the sit for not saying the truth as the report description shows. Checking chat logs may not be efficient if it's on voice chat but if Y says that the insult happened on text chat then yes I will check with the chat logs instead.
- 3 players report player X for RDM but you cannot find the player in question, what do you do and why?
Even it's 4 players or more reporting X, I will ask for solid evidence with video proof from at least one of the players who are reporting X. I will still accept the report and hear all the reporter's stories and tell them one by one that they need solid proof and send that proof to me via discord (usually a video proof) or post the proof on forums. Since X isn't around I can also check logs to see if X indeed killed the 3 players that reported him and maybe even more players during that moment and check if there is at least any adverts from X to see if he killed them for a reason such as raid as well as locations of death and time. (example: killing two people next to a house and then two more in a different house in a small time span where you need to have raid cooldowns etc) If eventually there is proof that does show X RDMing all the 3 players, I will ban X for MRDM (mass RDM) as breaking that rule will result in a very severe long punishment.
- A player accidentally crossfires someone in a raid and the player that got crossfired calls an admin for RDM, what do you do and why?
During the sit I check for any other rules that may have been broken and since one player says that it's RDM and the other says it's crossfire, I will have to check the logs for the death location to see if it actually did happen nearby the raid area. If it did happen I will have to ask the player who reported for solid evidence such as video proof via discord or post video on the forums. The reason to why a video evidence is needed is that, if at the start of the raid, the raider adverts that a person is kill on sight if they are a threat nearby (holding a gun out for example) and the player who reported for RDM was indeed nearby with a gun out then his report would not pass as an actual RDM. Eventually if any proof shows that it wasn't a crossfire, the reported player will receive a warning for RDM and lying to an admin as well.
