What times can you be on?

Thursday - 11:00am - 12:30

Why do you want to become Staff?:
I want to become staff just to help the community of the server out. Since playing I have been playing this server the majority of my days since starting on it and have just been talking to everyone and just my main reason in wanting to become staff is to fill out the gaps in where some of the other admins are unable to come onto the server and deal with the rule breakers and the minges that come and go on the server and just to make improve everyone's RP experience to the best of my ability. When taking sits I will not be biased to one person, in turn, making it unfair to the other player and will give all players who I speak to have the chance to speak there story before deciding on what I will do.
Overall I just want to keep the server how it's going at the moment and improve it in any way that I can.
Do you have a mic?
Yes I have a microphone
Why do you think you personally should become Staff?:
From my perspective, I think I should become staff on this server is due to me being a genuinely respectful and kind person and no matter what people say I don't start arguments with anyone no matter the situation that I am in. During sits, I will acknowledge the view from each person and understand where they're coming from to see how they feel to make sure they don't feel down or plainly ignored in any situation. If someone does need help I will go from rp'ing to on duty to help them no matter the situation that I am in.
Any other Staff experience in other games? :

In-Game Scenarios -
A player tells you that someone is making money while they have a building sign up. What do you do and why?
First of all, I would go into cloak and no clip and then have a look inside the players base to check if they have any entities that earn XP or Cash and if they have any entities that do such things while they have a building sign up while this is going on I would bring them to the printers and ask them why they have the entities with a building sign and that that is not allowed. I would ask them to either remove the sign or pocket the entities or delete them and give them a verbal warning alongside it. At intervals of 5 minutes, I would go back and check if they have a building sign still and if they do I would leave them but if they still have it I would go and check if they're still making XP and cash, I would warn them for fail RP ( Printers with Building Sign)
Player X hits player Y for 1 point of armour damage and player Y kills player X, Player X reports RDM, What do you do and why?
First I would bring player X and Y to a sit-box and ask them what the situation was that they were in just so I know where both players are coming from. After hearing that I would go into the damage logs to confirm that X damages player Y for any amount of damage and see who damaged who first so I know which one was attacking in self-defence which in this situation after the logs would be player Y and after that I would verbally warn player X for ARDM on Player Y but if it were that X did no damage no Y I would warn Y for RDM x1. Then I would return both X and Y back to their previous positions
Player X calls player Y a (whatever horrible insult comes to mind) over voice. Player Y asks for an admin for disrespect, what do you do and why?
I would bring X and Y to a sit and ask the player who called the sit if player X has any evidence of Y insulting him, if X does have proof I would go over the footage and see if it would be worthy of a warn and the main things that I would look for to see if its worthy of a warning would be and racism in the insult. If I do not receive any evidence of the insult. I will ask X if they did insult player Y if he denies insulting Y and I have no proof, I would just tell Y that disrespect isn't a thing that I can warn someone for and on top of that without proof this hinders my ability to further discuss the case but if X admits to it I would just explain and tell him to refrain from insulting anyone and that it's just not needed and then I would return both of the players.
3 players report player X for RDM but you cannot find the player in question, what do you do and why?
I would first go into the kill logs to confirm that the player that has been reported has in fact killed the 3 players, then I would go into a sit box and bring the 3 players who reported him and then go to bring the reported player via the name in the logs. If I were unable to find the player I would get the players steam ID and ban him for 2 weeks for MRDM + Changing name to avoid Punishment. I would then go into the disconnect logs and would see if the reported player has disconnected from the server and if the player has done that I would add 3 days onto the ban for LTAP and then tell the 3 players that he has been banned and would ask the players if they lost anything during getting killed and then close the report
A player accidentally crossfires someone in a raid and the player that got crossfired calls an admin for RDM, what do you do and why?
I would bring both players into a sit box. First of all, I would get myself familiar with the situation and ask them both sides of the story which would include where each player was, Which job they were to see if they could pose a threat and what they were doing when it happened which would mainly be for the player who was killed. So after I have got the stories got both players, I would go to the chat and make sure that the player had adverted raid to confirm that he was of course in a raid. I would ask the player who was killed where he was when he got killed and ask the other which base he was raiding to get an idea where he would be. Then I would use the death location to go over to where the player who was killed was and see how far he was to the raid and if he was very close to the raid business or possibly in another district or just in the at the time of the kill. If he was in the area and would have not been able to be killed in any normal way I would ask the other player why he has been killed if he were a distance away from the raid that was occurring and see if he has a legitimate reason. If he doesn't have a legitimate reason for being able to kill him, I would warn the player for RDM x1 and if he didnt kill the player but damages him I would warn for ARDM and then I would ask the player who was crossfired if he lost anything and then return both players back to their positions
Any other info about yourself?
My name is Jack and have been recently got my pc about 8 months ago and have been playing non stop on many games that I have got and I also got a htc vive and have recently in the past couple of months got back into gmod and found this server from my friend playing and have been playing this server every day and just playing with everyone. Generally, I am a shy person when it comes to real-life but when it comes to online im fine with everyone. At the end secondary school I started on a 3 year course which consists of Coding, Animation, Graphic Design and 3D modelling and a few other small things which I currently love doing this because it includes all the things i enjoy and am hoping just to progress in the course and gain experience from it and get a career in making the things thats I enjoy playing at home like playing gmod and scp. With my application, I hope this is up to your guy's standards and am looking for some constructive criticism so I can improve it as much as possibe. My main objective is just to become the best person that I can possibly be
